- Well... basically people will submit files to you. You need to check them
- out, make sure they work, aren't copyrighted, etc., then post them to the
- newsgroup. Generally people write a script to do the monthly postings,
- and I think a mailserver is handy, but I don't see it as a requirement.
- Also, to help out with checking out programs moderators often "subcontract"
- out to volunteers.
